Master Fabricator Dan”Tubby”Billig gives you his “Elite Series” line of bumpers. This is our Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ Winch Plain Front Bumper.   Bumper fits model years 1999-2004  Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ.  

• 3 Piece Modular bumper design. End pieces bolt to the main center section.
• Available with optional bolt on Bull Bar or Stinger
• CNC cut and formed from 3/16″ steel. End pieces are 1/8″
• Includes (2) 1″ thick shackle tabs.
• Winch Mount with market standard 10″ x 4.5″ bottom foot mounting profile and our trademark Bottle Opener.
• Includes grade 8 mounting hardware.
• Hand built in the USA!
• Weighs 102 lbs

• Optional Stinger Support cut from 3/16 steel and welded to top of stinger to strengthen and add support to structure.
• Bull Bar will accept just about any 20″ light bar.
