None of the CAI’s claim they fit on a Mojave (maybe due to the scoop in the hood). Not even MOPAR offers one. So I bought this Rough Country model for the black intake pipe only. I cut 4” off the air cleaner end and connected it to the stock air box (which now has the MOPAR reusable filter element in it). When installing the MAF sensor grommet be sure to heat it up and use WD-40. The grommet provided is hard as eff. Used the same process when installing the sensor. It all clears the hood just fine so I might have been able to use the entire kit. Because I kept the stock air box I don’t have the burly sound these can provide. I do not know if the mileage has improved yet. There are no codes so far so the engine seems happy.

Overall appearance is OK Clamps need a washer under the head of the bolt installed as they do not tighten enough to hold Flex hoses The grommet for air sensor is too small and hard to use. I needed to get 1 a size up. Also recommend assembling the filter and weather stripping in the airbox before placing in the vehicle. This will make life easier as you will not have to removed to get the air-filter on the mount or the weather strip in correct position. As far as performance not really any difference just a little better sound. My recommendation is to get a snorkel for a true cold air intake or buy the K&N drop in filter. I will pass on this for my next Jeep. Oh yea I have a 2022 Jeep Mojave Gladiator

Intake sounds fantastic! Absolutely in love with the sound difference, however I have had some issues with the intake sensor staying in place. The Jeep wasn’t running too great after that first day because it wasn’t getting a good reading. After messing with the sensor and getting it into place better the new runs good and I feel like there is a noticeable difference in the low end torque. It doesn’t seem to have to shift down as much to increase speed slightly. Over all install was pretty simple and the look is great under the hood.

Hey, I wasn't in it for mileage. I wasn't in it for aesthetics. I just wanted the truck to sound angry when I pushed the throttle. Now, It does. To be honest, I may have seen the slightest increase in fuel efficiency. I'd put 33" tires (Rubicon take-offs) on a month before and watched my average mpg fall when I put the intake on and it recovered. At the most, it fluctuated 3-4%. Meh. Not a bad purchase.

Was pretty easy to install. I like that the intake tube and heat shield is aluminum and not plastic. Fits well. Black finish is nice. Makes my Jeep sound way more aggressive when you accelerate hard and noticed a bit more performance. Is pretty quiet on idle/light acceleration which I like. Is only loud when you need it to be. Price and quality is good. I just couldn’t see spending $350+ on another kind of intake.
