Condensed milk is not very easy to find as a normal ingredient in the dispenza, I understand, I find it in my pantry because I needed to glaze my Marble Cake, or Pistachio and Ricotta Cake.

  • 200 ml condensed milk 1 cup
  • 100 ml whipping cream whip before us it ½ cup
  • 1 scraped vanilla bean

  • Work the whipping cream with a whisk until it becomes a cream.

  • Combine the condensed milk and caviar vanilla bean and mix very well.

  • Add little by little the whipped cream and stir with gentle movements from the bottom to the top.

Pour evaporated milk into small mixer bowl; place beaters into mixture. Freeze for about 30 minutes or until ice crystals form around edge of bowl.
