By Amy Alusa from Chico, CA I've wanted to have a go-to mix for chocolate milk and hot cocoa. So, I looked around and found the same recipe over and over...so I tried it. It's great! You can adjust it to be just as heavy and dark chocolate as you like, or go with the lighter milk chocolate taste. The mix works well for both. The only downer is that chocolate costs so much these days; but who didn't already know that? This is a great recipe, and you can't get any simpler! Can you put hot chocolate powder in water? As a guideline, ½ cup of cocoa mix and ½ cup hot water is the right amount for me to enjoy in one serving. I like to put the hot cocoa mix in the cup and add the hot liquid on top, and stir, in order to not get any lumps. Enjoy!
