Italian Pork Chops are a flavorful dinner for any night of the week! Boneless pork chops coated in zesty Italian dressing and Mediterranean seasonings cook up really quick for an easy meal that the whole family will love.

We fired up the grill for these pork chops but you could easily fry them up in a skillet or grill pan or bake them in the oven.  Anyway you choose, it just takes a few minutes.

How to Make Italian Pork Chops:

  1. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels on both sides. 
  2. Pour zesty Italian dressing into a shallow bowl and mix with Creole mustard and Mediterranean seasonings. 
  3. Dip pork chops into dressing mix and coat both sides and place on a baking sheet. 
  4. Tenderize with a large tined fork. 
  5. Prepare grill to about 350° fire. 
  6. Sear pork chops over the fire and turn to sear other side, about 2 minutes on each side.  Move to indirect heat and continue to cook until internal temperature reaches 145°, about 7-10 minutes.
  7. Remove from grill and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.

Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°.
