I must say I've read a few of these PUA type books and it's always the same old same old. As a man, like most others I am not perfect, I work long and hard(no pun intended), I get stressed and feel down, I feel happy, I feel horny etc etc. I am not a comedian but have a sense of humour. This book basically says you need to never be embarrassed, always be positive, be eccentric, do stupid things like crash your trolley into a woman's in a supermarket to 'hit on her'. If I tried this in London it would be considered childish. All these PUA's are American and they're techniques make me cringe. Make her chase you offers nothing that every other PUA chancing his arm hasn't said. I naively spend a fortune on David d angelo's stuff and I honestly think since then my sex life has become worse overall. Most men have problems talking to women in my opinion, as primates we see an attractive woman and just think of what sex would be like with them of how they look naked. We don't think of how much fun salsa dancing would be with them or going to the theatre etc. This book is yet another mental masturbation book about being the kind of man most of us will never become.

I am a follower of Tynan's Blog. I have much respect for his very straight forward writing style. For those that don't know, he is Herbal from the Neil Strauss's book, The Game. This is where I was first introduced to the whole concept of the pick up community. It took me a couple of years to get around to reading "Make Her Chase You." Mostly, I chose to buy and read it because I really liked the practical advice from his other book, The Life Nomadic. The advice that I found in this book did not disappoint one bit. Tynan's advice focuses on creating a cool, fun lifestyle rather than pretending to be something you are not. While I don't believe his personal lifestyle choices (not drinking, vegan) are for me, I know that the fact he sticks to his guns on it and sticks to his values as a whole makes woman he is with respect him.
He gives you an over all over view of how to make yourself a more attractive male, not just faking it. The importance of having the right attitude, storying telling, teasing, and what kind of first dates to take a girl on. The type of dates he suggests are really cool, cheap, unique.
He'll go over what you need to say on the phone, choosing your relationships, and other little tips. Its a very good over view on how to get started in attracting women. It did find it a bit short though. Its worth buying and reading, but it's NOT the only book on this subject you need. There are other books out there that give you a deeper and maybe more insightful understanding on how to attract women. We all need to start somewhere and this a great book to learn the basics from.
