The Holiday Inn Express on Broadway is located in the heart of everything you could want downtown. It is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment.This hotel is currently under renovation of rooms with two floors complete. The public spaces have been fully renovated and are superb. You wouldn't think you were in a Holiday Inn Express when walking through the doors. You get all the glitz of a great, newly renovated and downtown hotel, but without sacrificing on the little things like complimentary breakfast! The older rooms are still of good quality and clean, while the new rooms are just absolutely stunning with fresh colors, contemporary decor, and quality amenities. PROS: Great location, breakfast is included, high quality room productCONS: Parking does cost, rate can be higher than expected of Holiday Inn sometimes due to events happening downtownNOTES: For even better rates and availability - book your event on a Sunday-Thursday pattern.

Check in was suppose to be @ 3pm, but it was almost 4pm before they had a room for me and I had paid in full in advance three weeks earlier. I had paid for a deluxe king room but got a small double queen room instead and when asked they had no response or an available deluxe king room for me. For the money they charge it was highly over priced for what you get. Would not waste my money on them again.
