I'll copy/paste from my initial question: "Ran rough. Drove fine on flat surface, dogged and/or shut off on any incline. 016 error. Now won't start. Replaced CVV intake and exhaust solenoids. Replaced cam sensor. Code 340 or 341 somewhere along this process.". I replaced the MAF, CVV's and cam sensor based on research into the codes below. I found the location of the crank sensor tonight, but if I need equipment I don't have to program/re-learn, I'm not going to replace it myself. I'm limited physically to do some things.
