I think it's behind the panel in the passenger's side footwell--at least it is in the pre-96s like mine. Joined

just fixed mine today, it is behind the plastic cover that shields the blower motor. not too bad to access. the hex screw heads are 5/16'' three to take of the plastic kick shield (if it is still there) and 2 more hold the resistor pack in place. Where is the blower motor resistor location?Locate the blower motor resistor. It can be found below the blower motor. In some vehicle's you need to remove the glove compartment to access the blower motor resistor. Now that you've located the blower motor resistor, you'll now need to disconnect the resistor from the housing and then remove the harness.
What are the signs of a failing blower motor resistor?Signs of a Bad Blower Motor Resistor
Loss of HVAC fan control (total or certain speeds) The fan only works on its highest speed setting. No air coming from vents. Intermittent or inconsistent fan speed.
