by: Nicholas Ferreri Posted: Nov 8, 2022 / 11:50 PM EST Updated: Nov 8, 2022 / 11:52 PM EST After another pleasant fall day Tuesday, get ready for a couple more even warmer days before colder air starts to settle back in. Early morning temps end up in the mid-30s by daybreak. Winds become quite light from the southeast at only 5 mph. Wednesday’s highs reach the mid-60s around Fort Wayne and will be closer to 70° in places to the south.High pressure will continue to allow for more sunshine throughout the day Wednesday and will help start to blow in warmer, southerly air to boost our high temps into the mid-60s by late afternoon. Thursday’s highs will rise to around 70° and that will be our warmest afternoon of the week. A cold front moves through on Friday. So, the day won’t be nearly as warm. Highs will only be in the mid-50s and much colder air will be in place over the weekend. You can expect highs in the upper 30s both days. The rest of the workweek is dry. But, as the cold air blows in this weekend, some lake effect rain and snow showers may drift into northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio. A COLD weekend is coming our way with some rain/snow showers possible both days.High temperatures will stay below our average (now in the low 50s) all week long next week. Check out the 10 Day Forecast graphic in our posted video to see the day-by-day numbers. Morning: Mostly clear and cold. Wednesday: Mostly sunny. Wednesday Night: Mostly clear. Thursday:
