Loved the vehicle & the price that was listed. Was prepared to buy, but beware of this dealer!! The price you see is not true, there will be extra fees thrown on top of the price that adds up to over 8k. No one told me this up front leading me to think the price was true, even after communicating multiple times via the phone. Traveled 2 hours & was blindsided & very upset. Would not return!

I asked to check if the car matches the photos in reality, I was told yes, we can’t have a mistake, when I arrived it turned out to be a different car, for managers it was a common occurrence, they said that they would change the photo, but a week has passed and I see the same photo

The description of the vehicle was wrong: Incorrect model GLE 550e Hybrid vs the pictures that showed it was actually a GLE350. When I requested clarification, they ignored that question and wanted me to visit. Any dealer that refuses to clarify information cannot be trusted. Do not bother visiting. It is not worth your time to deal with this type of deception.

Was not a very pleasant experience. Their Customer Service is deplorable. The Car I bought, a 2016 Nissan Rogue has Transmission Issues. Took it back to their Service Department and they could not correct it. As per the Dealer I should wait until the Extended Warranty they sold me kicks in and get the car fixed using the Warranty. Called the Warranty Company and it has not yet been registered.

They charge a 3000 dollar service charge for brakes, rotors, and tires when you don’t even own the vehicle yet waisted an hour and half drive for them to tell me a 33,000 dollar truck was gunna 675 a month w a 700+ credit highly do not recommend.
