We stayed here for 10 nights in August as a family of 4 and loved every second. Check in was with Christian who gave us a lovely welcome, especially as we were given one nights complimentary parking. Usually $17 per night I believe. Unfortunately, the first room we were allocated had a leak from the air conditioner which resulted in a soggy carpet but we were able to switch rooms with no hassle. The room was bigger than I remembered with everything that we needed. The main reason we love staying here is the resort feel. As the Springhill is one of three Marriott hotels on site there are lots of amenities that all guests can share. The breakfast was amazing. Mickey waffles were a huge hit as usual and there was a good selection of food out every morning. Usually the hot selection included scrambled eggs, sausage patty (although there was once bacon) and oatmeal. There were yogurts, cream cheese, fruit, and a range of breads and bagels. Muffins/fruit were great to take as a park snack. Pool was never too busy and the kids loved it. All of the outside areas and grounds were beautifully maintained. There is also a park that they often played in. Equipment (e.g. basketballs) can be collected from the Courtyard reception. There is a shuttle to Disney TTC (I’ve included a photo of the running times in August). You need to book your place the day before. You MUST get down to the desk in reception to book this asap as demand is high especially for the first bus. The desk opens at 06:30 and there was often a queue. You get a receipt for your chosen journey and one for the return. Transport was always on time and a great money saver. One fantastic perk that we weren’t aware of when we booked was a $5 off food and beverage card that we were given at check in. You could use your card to get $5 off at Starbucks in Courtyard or at the Connections cafe for every night of your stay. A welcome discount as we often had food from Connections after a day at the parks. I’ve included photos of their menu and prices. The gym was well equipped and never busy. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance: Golden Corral, Bahama Breeze and Saltgrass steakhouse to name a few. Disney Springs is only a 5 minute drive away and Vineland Outlets are just up the road. We love this hotel. Yes it’s not a luxury hotel, but if you are looking for somewhere close to the action with breakfast included and Marriott amenities at a reasonable price then this is the place for you! Read less

We booked thru Delta Vacations. Arrived on 8/23/22 and departed 9/3/2022. Upon arrival the hotel had one front desk clerk. I patiently waited an hour to check in. When it was my turn she could not find the reservation and had to call a manager who was across the street at the other hotel on property. This took an additional hour and we were given room keys on the 5th floor. We unpacked and settled in for the night. On the 27th we came home from the parks and our clothes, shoes, suitcases were soaked. I called the front desk who sent maintenence up to the room. I put all the wet clothes in the washer. The maintence man told us there was a problem with the air conditioner and to call the front desk and request a close room as this one could not be occupied. I phoned the front desk and was told they could not give me another room until I vacated the current room and we would need to pack all our belongings and go to the front desk. I explained we had 11 nights worth of clothes in the washer, food in the fridge ect and would need help with a luggage cart or something. The female refused stating there was nothing she could do and there would be no assistance available. I went to the lobby and retrieved a luggage cart. I was told there was nothing on the 5th floor and was told my new room was on the 2nd floor. I explained our clothes were in the washer and without help we will need to remain on the 5th floor. I requested to talk to a manager and was told she would let one know when he was available. I told her I would wait. She than asked what was wrong with the room and I explained the flooding. She moved us to a room on the 5th floor eventually and said a manager would contact us. We recieved no call from management, no assistance with moving rooms, no apology, no reimbursement of laundry fees ect. It was 0100 by the time the room was moved and laundry completed. Such a disappointment. I did give 2 stars as housekeeping was good and the breakfast was enjoyable. This was my first time staying outside the Disney bubble and will say it was quite an eye opener. We were very disappointed that management did not contact us. Read less

Three pools to pick from along with a Starbucks, bistro and amazing restaurant onsite. Well worth the stay and we will be back. Read less

This hotels meets his expetations prisewise. Its one of the cheapest in the Lake Buena Vista area, do dont expect a lot of luxerury. +'s Location location location. Near Disney Springs and al the Disney parks. We didnt use the shuttle, only Uber. Also very very close to the outlets. Beds are comfy. Rooms are large! Housekeeping was good. Staff is really nice. Area is amazing. We had pizza on property: really good and nice. Because its a small village with the other hotels it feels like a nice and safe place. Potential is there! -'s Maintance is far behind. Especially the pool area. Broken tiles, filters who don't work, really old sprinklers. Rooms really really need a total make over. Curtains were old and filthy. Bathroom has noooo luxery at all. Sofa is to old and really filthy; we didnt want to sit or sleep on it. We asked for a proper crib for our 1 year old twice; we never got it. The one we got was broken and no matrass. Rooms are really really noisy. Luckily this hotel is total quiet after 10 p.m... The most worst of this hotel was breakfast. They offer you: waffles, cakes, bagels, bread, eggs, sausage, yoghurt and banana's. Thats it. We spend 11 nights here; every single day it was the same. Would we stay here again; yes, but only if the renovated the rooms and changed the breakfast. Read less
