The front desk needs customer service training. Walked in she asked for my credit cards and ID. Answered the phone and just hands me my card a map and room key. Said nothing else to me. She was still on the phone. The breakfast was horrible.

It seemed like many cruise goers used this location / MOTEL for shuttles & transport ( which they seemed to have many services for) but it would not choose this simply because it had all outside entrances/ MOTEL!!!! Not safe or secure

Outside entrance/ Motel!!! I know it¿s south Florida but our A/C could not keep up with the outside heat and we all pretty much slept on top of the sheets just to stay cool all night.

This hotel was disgusting! I didn¿t dare take a shower because of the dirtiness of it. Everything was extremely dilapidated and the worst offense was the smell. The air conditioning unit in the wall must have been extremely mildewed. We got sick from it.

We loved the room. IT was up to date and very, very clean.

Good shuttle service. Excellent mattress Good location. Modest, but good breakfast.

Front office staff was a bit unfriendly in their attitude. Carpet had a strange odor.

The outdoor tiki bar area with the pool! It was such a nice place to chill while waiting for our room since we were early check-ins. Room service also provided new clean towels daily and got trash!
