They add additional charges for items that are supposed to be included in the paid Groupon price. For example, the first time they added an upcharge for using synthetic oil even though the Groupon was for a synthetic oil change. The next time I came in with a Groupon, they charged me for a filter even though that is included in the Groupon price. It was the worst oil change experience from management to staff. They left my passenger seat full of grease. They offered to clean it with degreaser. Which would leave it with a worst stain. Left with no apology. Don't use this Jiffy Lube.
