She watches it over and over again so it was a good investment for her (maybe not for my husband and I). Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2022 I purchased this for my daughter. She got into My Little Pony when she was two or three and still loves the characters and show at five. I have been collecting the series and now the movie for her to enjoy into the future. The movie itself was fairly well done with lots of good songs and action. They used some new animation technique which is not used in the TV series. It isn't bad but it is definitely different. The characters look slightly different due to this, but it isn't in a major way. There are also new characters not featured in the series while characters from the TV series (aside from the main characters) are absent, making this feel kind of off. It's almost like the main characters in an alternate reality, but my five-year-old does not mind, and that's what's important. Yes, I have had to watch all of this with her over the course of a few years and it stands out to me. Overall this is a great kids' movie, but I don't believe it earned all five stars due to only a few main characters from the regular show being featured and everything else being completely alien. Still, your kids should love it if they are young and into the show. Reviewed in the United States on January 22, 2022 I'm an MLP FiM fan so my review may be slightly biased. The story was good, the animation was sleek, the music was way better than the music generally on the show and the adventure was fun. My only issue was the art style. The eyes were already huge but boy are they EXTRA in this movie-- and extremely shiny for noooooo reason. The voice acting was superb, but I expect nothing less from this franchise. Most of the charm is in the voice acting of each character. The villains were great, and so were the supporting characters and comic relief. I wish we'd gotten a little bit of Starlight and Trixie but that's just me being picky! I did see them in the ending credits, so the crew had us fans in mind. The way the princesses were drawn was fantastic. Celestia, Cadence and most especially Luna, looked amazing. The ending was so satisfying, and us fans got plenty of material for fan fictions (I don't write them .... but I know somebody else will! I peeped what you guys did, MLP crew!) Worth the purchase, I'll probably watch it again sometime. I know my baby brother probably will. He was bouncing all around excited watching it (oh yeah, toddler Brony approved!) El Blu-Ray está bien.. hay como 3 tráileres de películas incrustadas en el disco antes de llegar al menú principal, lo cual es una ligera molestia si no sabes presionar "Adelantar" o "Menú principal", Eso no es problema de Amazon, sino de las empresas que trabajaron para hacer el producto.
