Nope. After dry rubbing with tissue paper (not even something sturdy and forceful) it is all off as if I never applied anything.I even waited 10 minutes versus the 1 minute drying recommendation. Then I waited 30 minutes and even more came off. By one hour (60 minutes) I was getting ready for bed and didn't want this to get all over my pillow so I rinsed...I didn't even use shampoo. Once I rinsed and rubbed enough that I shouldn't get any onto my pillow, I can say the product is completely gone!!For me this product didn't even come close to doing what it stated it would do. If you don’t handle your roots much after styling it doesn’t seem to rub off. If you have moisturizer in your hair it might come off more easily, but even with an olive oil based “edge keeper” it worked the whole day for me. I can see how some people have issues with how thick it is, and I can imagine that it dries up quickly if it's an old product. Mine came in nice and smooth and easy to apply. Again, if you read the instructions, follow the directions, it does exactly what you need it to do. The key is to pull the hair away from your scalp before gently applying. And also wipe the tip off on a tissue before applying. I have a hard time finding products that work with my brows because they're very very thin and light compared to my natural dark brown hair color. This was perfect, but be careful not to use a heavy hand. Gentle easy swipes. The product is sticky and makes my hair feel gross, like I hadn’t washed it for weeks. It’s definitely a temporary fix. I wouldn’t recommend it for every day use.
