The Texas bar exam results have been released. As we know, the repeat taker pass rate was low 43%. For repeat takers, it is now time to get our help. On Friday, California released the results from February’s 2022 bar exam. A total of 3,113 applicants took the bar exam in February, and 1,056 of those applicants passed, for an overall pass rate of 33.9%. The pass rate for first time applicants was 53%. 65% of the applicants sitting for the California bar exam were repeat takers. The repeat taker pass rate was 24%. The California ABA Law Schools pass rate for first time takers was 54% and repeat takers pass rate was 33%. The Out of State ABA Law Schools pass rate for first time takers was 48% and repeat takers pass rate was 29%. California Accredited Law Schools who were not ABA accredited pass rate for first time takers were 33% and the repeat takers pass rate was 14%. Texas Bar Exam February 2022 Results Have Come Out, Texas Southern’s Pass Rate Was the Lowest in the State. Bar Professors Can Help TSU With Our June Houston Class and Essay Predictions

The Texas bar exam results for February 2022 have been released. Texas had an overall pass rate of 50%. The first time takers pass rate was 60% and the repeat takers’ pass rate was 43%. Although there is room for improvement in other law schools, Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law has woefully fallen behind once again. They are again the lowest pass rate in the state. TSU has routinely had horrible pass rate numbers year after year. For February 2022, 39 first time TSU takers sat for the bar exam, with only 14 passing the bar exam for a 36% first time pass rate. There were 73 TSU repeat takers sitting the bar exam, with only 21 repeat takers passing, for a 29% pass rate. Overall, the pass rate for TSU was 31%. In July 2021, the overall pass rate for TSU was 39% with the TSU repeat taker pass rate was 17%. In February 2021, the overall pass rate for TSU was 47% with a TSU repeat taker pass rate of 39%. These low numbers for TSU are atrocious and must be rectified. For those repeat takers, you need help right away so you can prepare for the July bar exam. New York’s Repeat Taker Failure Rate is 70%! Repeat Takers Need Bar Professors Help to Succeed

The New York bar exam results for February 2022 have been released. 3,068 candidates sat for the New York exam. 1,610 of those candidates were repeat takers. Over half of the candidates sitting for the bar exam were repeat takers. Repeat takers accounted for 53% of all candidates who sat for the bar exam. The passing rate for the repeat taker was only 30%. Conversely, that means that 70% of the repeat takers who sat for the February 2022 New York bar exam failed the bar exam. Over a 1,000 repeat takers failed the bar exam. In addition, 69% of first time takers passed the bar exam, leaving 31% of the first time takers who did not pass; that 31% who failed the exam are now repeat takers for the July 2022 bar exam. The amount of repeat takes who fail the bar exam are shocking. The July 2022 statistics will tell us that at least half, if not more, students who sit for the bar exam will be repeat takers. And, unless repeat takers get help, they will again be a statistic that shows repeat takers failing the UBE bar exam in record numbers. The question a repeat taker must ask is whether they want to continue to be one of the 70% of the students who fail the bar exam. Repeat takers must get help now. The February 2022 MBE Scores Fall To All-Time Low of 132.6; Bar Professors Can Help Increase Your MBE Scores

The February 2022 MBE mean scaled score fell to an all-time low of 132.6. This is the lowest February MBE score on record. Last February’s mean scaled MBE score of 134 was an increase of 1.4 points from February 2020. But, unfortunately, this February’s MBE score regressed enough to tie the lowest MBE score in February 2020. The MBE mean score has dropped since 2014. In Florida, where the pass rate for the MBE is 136, this MBE decline was indicative of the Florida statistics. Only 35% of the Florida takers who only took the MBE passed. Almost 65% of the takers of Part B failed. Moreover, the pass rate in the states that have announced their bar results have had a low overall pass rate, most likely because of the low MBE mean score. Test takers who have previously taken but not passed a bar exam tend to show lower performance on the MBE than first-time test takers, and the majority of this February’s test takers nationwide were repeat takers. According to the NCBE, of the 16,504 people who took the February 2022 exam, approximately 68% nationwide were repeat test-takers. Here are the February mean scores for the last 8 years. February 2022: 132.6 February 2021: 133.98 February 2020: 132.58 February 2019: 134 February 2018: 132.7 February 2017: 134 February 2016: 135 February 2015: 136 As we know, repeat takers desperately need any point they can muster. Effective July 2022, Pennsylvania will administer the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE). We have been talking to students who want to take the UBE in Pennsylvania in July. The UBE consists of the MBE Exam, two MPTs, and six 30 minute essays. Pennsylvania’s passing scores will be a 272. To those repeat takers – take the step to get a Bar Professors tutor so that you will pass as you take a whole new bar exam that you are not familiar with.
