If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can set up a specific folder for photos and use iTunes in Windows or Finder on a Mac to make the transfer. On Android, copy the photos directly to the phone or an SD card using File Explorer in Windows or Finder on a Mac. Or sync the photos through an online photo storage site, such as Google Photos. Touch an existing image twice to bring up the selection pins to resize and rotate the image. Touch and drag a round pin on a corner to scale an image, a square pin on an edge to stretch an image, or the round pin above the image to rotate an image. Touch and hold an image to bring up options to cut & copy the image so that you can paste it in another location within your document. Quickoffice doesn't support copying and pasting images between documents at this time. If you've ever tried to email a dozen or more business photos to someone, it may have taken a while to do that. You might not realize that the Windows operating system makes file management easier by allowing you to group related items in folders. One way to manage multiple image files efficiently is to compile them into a one file. You can then email that file, store it on your desktop or even post it on the Web. Windows Explorer has a built-in tool you can use to create a picture compilation quickly.
