This is a good unit for the price. The installation was ok. I risked it by myself, it would be good to have two people for mounting the tv itself as they recommend, and the instructions, screws, etc. were all adequate.

Pros: seems sturdy enough for my 50" television (28 lbs), swings as expected, built in level seems to work for level (vertical) installation
Cons: the tilt is actually relatively static (held by a screw) -- you can't just tilt it the way that you can swing it. The level of the television is affected by the position of the arm -- but it's not enough for me to notice without the level or a ruler, even though it's 1/2" or so.
Other: This is the first mount that I've used. I installed it today. I don't give it a 5 because I can imagine better.

This television mount was easy to install and is sturdy. It can be mounted with only one stud.

Took me half an hour to install and set up on the wall. Don't feel intimidated because this is an easy install. It looks great on my wall!
