Have been trying to follow the instructions on how to use this but the engine icon on the device's LED screen is not changing to a solid state. The instructions say the engine icon should be flashing when the clamps are connected properly, and then when switching the jumper switch to on, the engine icon should become solid indicating it's ready to start the battery. But when switching the jumper to on, the engine icon is still flashing. Do I need to wait, or do I need to try reconnecting the clamps? I am not sure what is wrong. Show
