The building is modern but starting to unravel. The staff consists of only a few people. The hot water is off. The bedding was musty. The restaurants was closed. Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities Not suitable for wheelchair as there are lots of stairs. Rooms are located far away from the restaurant so when it rains there is no way to get to your room without getting wet. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was cold, meat was so tough we couldn't eat it. Tortillas were hard. There was a cooler for ice but it was always empty.
