Great location and friendly staff. The bed was pretty bad. Anytime you moved it made an awful squeaking noise and woke everyone up.

4.5/5 stay. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Stayed here while visiting family. Amenities were top notch compared to others in the area. Staff accommodating and pleasant. Cleanliness 4.5/5. Overall would stay again.

I loved the size of the room but would have loved a table a 4 chairs instead of desk style table and 1 side chair. I would have loved a indoor pool. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are very very worn down- carpet is stained everywhere - rooms stink badly- can’t get towels after 3 requests- no room service still!! Even if you ask they don’t come!! Horrible nasty stay! Many other nice places to stay around Savannah -don’t stay here

Welcome staff was not friendly specially the valet guy barely helped with our car and luggage, it was outrageous they charged $42 for valet with such a poor service. Our room seemed not ready when we came in, there was even a noisy machine on inside, bathroom was not properly cared for… the location was good and breakfast too!

The cons were that the property could use some serious updates and the bed wasn't theost comfortable. Our room had chipping paint and peeling wallpaper. **However** the amenities made up for that. The room had a two burner stovetop, full-size dishwasher and fridge, ceiling fan, and view of the River. The hotel had happy hour with free wine, beer and snacks, rooftop bar with live music, valet parking and so much more. The staff was very friendly and they quickly retrieved our car when we scanned the QR code. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. It was also convenient to the river front and we were able to walk to dinner.

Loved my corner room with views of the river. My only complaint was the lack of signage directing you how to walk around the construction site next door.

This is a perfect location for visiting Savannah. It is at the end of River St. (the main drag). As a result everything was within waling distance but it was away from the noise of the street.
