We spoke with Shawn at the Tampa Rv show in January but couldn’t buy until we closed on our new house. When we walked into the showroom 6 months later, he remembered us. They had lots of carts in stock in the showroom. We had looked at a lot of different brands. Jeffrey Allen brand came already built with a lot of the extras on it that other places were charging extra for. Not to mention the club car is not refurbished and brand new. Goerge and Anson all the way in Key West for an on site service call (my check engine line came on and they replaced an O2 sensor- good as new). It was just 9am and JAI is 3.5+ hours away. I have to admit they were at our location waiting before I even got the cart there. How freaking awesome is that. We have a lot of golf carts and this level of service is amazing. So glad I chose JAI. Additionally, I had a different cart in for repair, my salesman Luis and service department manager Damian delivered it because transportation was backed up. I bought two 4 passenger lifted onwards and had them customized. Modz tower top, high speed gear, sentry dash. As a golf cart rental company who takes pride in providing a quality product, we have found our go to company. Carlos kept us in the loop during the build process all the way to delivery. Top notch service all around. Next we plan on getting some custom seats. We are in the process of getting more carts now. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good customer service. The service department did a fantastic job with our build. Note: I installed the cut outs on the dash and they are not even, not JAI’s fault. I also installed the bazooka, Nerf bars and LED under lighting 🤪.

If you are in the market for a new Club Car Onward, Jeffrey Allen is the place to purchase one. They took care of me and my wife's every request. Shawn Miller was professional, courteous and worked with us every step of the way. The service department prepped the car, installed all accessories and delivered it within 2 days. A major factor in our purchase decision was after sales support. Matt Haynes, the GM, explained the service process, which is important, since we do not have a trailer to transport the vehicle to their location. It's nice to know they can service the vehicle at our house. Thanks again to the entire Jeffrey Allen team!!! We will remain a customer for life.

This place is legit. Fully certified technicians and fair price with quick turnaround. My cart sat at another shop for 5 months and they couldn't figure it out. They were literally just changing parts and charging me for their guesses. They gave up and brought it back to me without a solution or a refund. It was at Jeffrey Allen for 1 day and they had it fixed. Be careful who you trust with your stuff. Cant say enough about this place. Tim is the te hnician that worked on my cart. Very professional and explained all repairs done. The other shop couldn't figure out a very simple repair.

Jeffrey Allen was recommended to me by a neighbor. I built a golf cart on their website, contacted Craig Sverdlow about my cart and everything was handled promptly and professionally. Needed a new battery for my truck in s florida. The heat destroys batteries here. So I went to my trusty iPhone. I looked up “ best rated pickup truck batteries”. The first entries are national companies that come to your vehicle and perform the job. I know AAA and others perform this service. But this first entry received my fingers job. Called them and a young man answered-used the best manners. Asked him if he owned the company. He told me “No” but I’m the VP. “. Great and started to ask questions. He said it’s a national company. I asked him about what an AGM battery was. Long pause so I said you don’t know right so I said “ you mean your the VP and don’t know what AGM stands for or means?! Brilliant, as the Scots say ! Service manager and parts manager are AWESOME!!! If you have any problem with your golf cart, call these guys! Labor rates are not the cheapest in town but they fixed it the first time they came out unlike other companies that make multiple trips and charge you multiple bills.

The staff here is friendly and professional. The parts salesman was a golf cart mechanic for 10 years and can answer any question you have!! Unlike most other golf cart dealers I've been to.

Jeffrey Allen serviced my old golf cart for 11 years. When it came time to upgrade, we went right to them because we know them to be honest and fair. We had our new cart delivered last week and Club Car's newest Onward lifted PTV (personal transport vehicle) is awesome right from the factory. We love the look of it, how it rides, the battery life, the rear seat, the rear cupholders, the LED running lights and LED headlights, the blinkers & brake lights. It's perfect for our little golf cart community in Tampa!

My salesman’s name is Danny Benitez who I met at the Tampa RV show. We negotiated the price of the golf cart via text. I agreed to purchase the golf cart. I'm doing something I normally don't do which is to write a review. I think it's important to let people know about the great service and customer consideration when it came to me walking in to Jeffrey Alan to buy my golf cart. I did my research before I walked in to Jeffrey Alan by building my cart on their webpage which took out all of the problems of walking into a place and have an a salesman trying to sell you everything and anything for your cart .Oliver was the salesman that walked me through the sale and it was a great experience . David the service manager helped me with customizing the cart to my specifications. It's always a hassle buying a cart and I can truly say that because I also own a Yamaha cart and an Easygo but this experience with Jeffrey Alan I can only Say I was very impressed. Great company! We are a TV production company and we needed three golf cart.
