Ge dryer start switch wiring diagram

At this point with no meter you are just throwing darts at a problem. There are several things that could lead to a dryer that won't start.

No 220VAC. Bad start switch. Open thermal tstat. Broken belt. Bad belt switch. Bad door switch. Bad timer.
Some of these had fuses. Which leads to taking the dryer apart

At this point with no meter. You are wasting time.
