Just started banking here. So far the app is easy to use, like that. People at the bank are wonderful, very helpful, love that. However, the bank will show amounts totally different than what I can see on the app. They don't seem to be synced together, don't like that...at all. Twice there has been a bounced check charge when my account wasn't overdrawn. And there are some fees I don't quite understand yet but hope to in the near future. Its "just right". Easy, fast access to balances, transactions, transfers, bill pay by checks mailed to names, accounts saved to list, automatic payment setup, notifications for low balance. Even rewards that can be used as cash. Love it!
