Synopsis

Just yesterday evening, I was at the grocery store and there's a movie rental place there. I originally was asking him if they had "San Andreas," but he said not for another day.

We started talking about "Furious 7" and that I was just about to go see it on April 3rd when I got sick, and stayed sick, including having a stroke, the whole time it was in theaters.

So I finally just bought it last week, and it was about time I saw it! Totally worth the wait, and I told him that the only time I noticed that Brian was not Paul was when he had a close up, talking with 'Hello Kitty,' (cause I couldn't and can't remember her name [memory still lagging from the stroke], and it was the scene right after Letty says, "Hello Kitty's awake." LOL!) All I said at that moment was, "That is not Paul."

But the rest of it was spot on! Especially the very end when they show him twice in the car.
The guy at the video store told me that was actually done using CGI with one of his brothers, and I couldn't believe it.

I had to assume that they took video from one of the previous movies in order to get those shots, but I am just stunned at how well that came out by using his brother! Simply unreal!

I keep watching that end scene over and over with tears in my eyes! Just can't help myself!

But I asked him if he knew about the order that the movies are meant to be watched now. He said no, he had never heard of any certain order. So I told him that since "Tokyo Drift" was so out of place, especially with Han, the series should be watched as, 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 3, 7.

I told him, that first of all, Han's story in #3, brings about so much confusion and makes no sense as to why he's in #4, 5 & 6. But then during the credits of #6, it shows that exact scene of Han from #3, from a different standpoint. But it's still the same scene. But it sets everything up for #7.

Then in #7, we see it happen again near the start of the movie, putting things together. In #3, we also saw a cameo of Dom at the very end, about to race the main character. In #7, we see Dom talking to him more in depth, along with some of the other characters from #3, who are still teenagers, as they were at the time that movie was made in... 2006 I believe???

So that places the events of #3 nine years ahead of the time it was released, to the same time as #7 was released. Therefore the reason the movies should be watched in this order... 1, 2, (4, 5, 6), 3, (7... [8, 9] )...?

The action moves to Los Angeles, where it all started, in the seventh Fast & Furious. Having taken down Owen Shaw in the previous film, Shaw's brother (Jason Statham) seeks revenge on Dom (Vin Diesel) and his crew. Kurt Russell also joins the cast, with Dwayne Johnson, Tokyo Drift star Lucas Black, Michelle Rodriguez and the late Paul Walker all returning.
