Step up to the home and you’ll immediately note the bright pastel exterior framed by swaying palms, harkening a bit of the Key West cottage look. You’ll see there’s four convenient parking spaces, giving you plenty of room for everyone in your group! Journey up to the main level of the home, and step inside to be greeted by a brightly colored open concept living space, with the living area, dining, and kitchen. You’ll first come across the fully equipped kitchen—you'll love the ability to make your own meals, from sandwiches to take to the beach to family casserole night. With cooking basics, a microwave, and a coffee maker, you’ll have all you need for a home-away-from-home experience. Granite countertops offer plenty of prep space, and a built-in wine cooler will keep your beverages crisp. There’s even an organic vegetable garden that you can make use of when the veggies are ripe! The dining area can comfortably accommodate around eight people, with a handsome wood table that offers both chair and bench seating. Journey into the living area, which is accented by a bright blue wall, adding some beachy ambiance to the home. The living area is furnished with plush couch, two comfy chairs, and a large flat screen TV with a DVD player, so bring your favorite movies! The living area also offers a convenient desk set up, and two sets of sliding doors that lead to the outdoor upper deck, where you can relax and catch a bit of the ocean breeze. Steps outside lead down to the private heated pool, and a covered outdoor dining area, as well as a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and sun loungers. Back inside, you’ll find the four bedrooms, two of which offer king-sized beds, and the other two with queen-sized beds.
