"The entire process took more than 2 weeks for a car paid in full already, and still waiting for a Shift representative to give me a call. I cannot believe this company can continue to make money. I wish I can cancel my order (they are gonna charge me for the deposit and some other costs if I cancel because of that). They are such a terrible company. Every call takes more than 20 mins to connect to a representative and usually takes more than half an hour to have my first question answered. Just avoid them!"
