"Very disappointed. Do not stay here." Overall Score3.0/ 5 Came to San Antonio to spend time with family for Christmas. All we wanted was a nice big bed to sleep in at night … and a shower. Marriot has never disappointed us before … Until NOW. We checked in exhausted after a long road trip and family gathering. We booked a KING BED. My husband is a big guy and it's what we sleep in at home. We came up to the room and we did NOT have a KING bed .. its a Queen. A single Queen mattress. I went downstairs and told the employee at the desk that this was NOT room with a KING bed. He argued with me and said “ his chart shows that it IS a KING. I asked him to come to our room and look at it and he replied that he didn't need to he knows it is a king bed because it says so .. I then politely ask him to move us to another room and he replied he couldn't because they were FULL. ( don't believe that was true ) Regardless we were stuck me and my big guy in this queen size bed. Also our side our bathroom was a ceiling tile that looked like it had mold on it .(?) But after night two my head and chest are hurting and we are headed back home as I said VERY disappointed in this location. We will never stay HERE again that is for sure. Lynn G.
