One parking spot knowing you coming with a group of people is unacceptable. A 10-minute walk for a disabled woman is unacceptable they were not accommodating for an extra parking spot even though they were not full. I also did not like that check-in was at 4 I believe that's a little late I would think that check-in would be around 1 or 2 and check out being at 10 a.m. it's unusual check out usually at 11.

Maybe owner should put one there. 6Met our basic needs, but disappointing due to the uncleanliness. Jul 2021 The easy beach access and convenience to beach chairs and umbrellas . Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The Security Guard on duty at our arrival time was wonderful, he directed us to a restaurant for dinner and to Winn Dixie to pick up supplies all within easy walking distance. Easy location for Uber usage. GREAT A/C!! having arrived from a desert environment .... we never felt the humidity (that we are not accustomed to) inside the unit. The unit was very dirty, dirty floors and rugs, quite a bit of hair on the floor and in the shower/tub. The kitchen had food and beverage splash stains on the front of the white cabinets. The coffee maker was dirty and is definitely on its last leg....you need a new one! The bed needs attention, the mattress is over due for replacement. Not enough hangers in the closet, we had 6 for 2 of us, we were in town for a wedding and needed additional hangers for multi activity clothing. The fitted sheets are a tad to small and keep popping off at the top corners. No hooks or extra towel bars for hanging up towels and bathing suits. The facility itself is dirty too, the garbage chute needs to be hosed down as well as the walkways and elevator. It would be a good idea to prepare guests that there are minimal choices for a quick coffee or small bite to eat in the immediate area. Maybe provide a directory in the unit. right on the beach and close to restaurants. 9The condo was wonderful and my stay was exactly what I was hoping for during my trip! Feb 2022 Vacasa seemed to have lost my reservation information. I called a couple days before trip and they couldn't find my reservation. I was horrified I had been scammed! Found reservation. Didn't send me entrance information and guard wouldn't let me into the property so I had to call. Didn't send me checkout information so I had to call before I left. Somehow the ball was dropped on Vacasa's part. 10The location and the view are outstanding and the condo was clean and nice. Apr 2021 The king size bed was not comfortable at all it felt like a cheap air bed I had to use the other rooms beds . the housekeeper coming at my door 30 mins before check out and stood by the door and waited until I was done transporting things to the car 10It was ok other than that. Jun 2022 The furniture was uncomfortable , the couch could not be sat in. It sunk to the springs. The love seat that is. The dishwasher blue a fuse if the washer or dryer was running. 7Great space and location. The floors were dirty. Aug 2022 Location was good, beach house was very clean and easy to access. Didn't like having to keep up with all the wristbands and remembering to wear them. Also didn't like the beach access steps. I recommend a ramp for people with kids, beach wagon, or people withh disabilities. The mold on the porch and cleanliness of the couch (felt sticky) so did the floors. Location on the beach was gorgeous. Unit was very clean and quiet. We were told there would be a blow dryer in the unit and there wasn't one. Had to buy one and leave it there. Location, layout, concept Unit needs some upkeep and repair. Would like to have had coffee filters. Dryer needs repair to filter system. 8Nice stay. I fixed a Kitchen Cabinet door that would not shut and was about to fall off. Also, the frig handle was very loose, I tried to tighten but I did not have a Philips. Just regular maintenance. The Master shower needs attention: Paint is peeling off the ceiling, and shower door could be cleaned better. 8Great place to stay. Aug 2021 Located right on the beach. Nice and spacious. The extra fee added to make the final cost of two night skyrocket. It was a beautiful place inside and out and was in a great location.
