However there was not many people from the resort that were visible for questions and general information. There was no one at the beach to inquire about chairs to sit in for example. It was a relaxing trip nonetheless. 4/5 Good

It’s a nice area with nice amenities attached to stay. Checked in at 3pm but wasn’t able to get into my room until 6pm. Never had that happen before. If you forget something, housekeeping staff will bring it if asked. Since you do not get daily cleaning, the much needed broom wasn’t found until leaving. It was behind the ironing board. Room needs upgrade. Cabinet doors screwed shut and some tiles are coming loose. I’ll stay at a chain next time.

airplane taking off, sink didn’t drain. Very quiet room. Towards the very back of Sandestin property. Close to bars and shops. Not close to the beach. Fast trolley rides. Will stay again but, closer building to the beach and pools. Stayed 3 nights in Oct 20224/5 Good

vs what i got were completely different..i definitely made the best of it but didn't realize it was not beach front. Overall it was a nice experience but id like to experience closer to the beach and maybe in a busier spot vs where i was. Staff was friendly however i didnt like the texting as the main form of communication. Stayed 3 nights in Oct 20224/5 Good
