Pink and purple low top jordan 1

Though the Air Jordan 1 was designed for the play style of the legendary Michael Jordan, the silhouette has since turned into a lifestyle-first model worn by those looking to create a street-ready look. While many of Jordan Brand’s releases were once only available in men’s sizing, a push for more women’s focused kicks, both in terms of releases and by the designers behind them, has increased over the years, with the latest being the Air Jordan 1 Low Pastel “Pink Purple” (W).

Coming in an all-over leather upper, the AJ 1 takes on various pastel shades from top to bottom. Various shades of purple land on the mudguard, Nike Swoosh, collar, and heel overlay while the lightly tinted white toebox and midfoot panel contrast these more vibrant shades. Cream laces run through the split color eyestays, coming in lilac and pink tones, towards the pink Jumpman embroidery atop the tongue. Back on the heel, the Jordan Wings logo gets embroidered in a stark white, allowing the branding detail to pop amongst the colorful arrangement. Rounding out the look is a sail-colored midsole with pink contrast stitching paired with a semi-translucent purple rubber outsole.

The Air Jordan 1 Low Pastel Pink Purple W is scheduled to release in 2022 through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Coming exclusively in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $110. Jordan Brand has kept the Air Jordan 1 more relevant than ever with its continuous stream of new silhouettes and colorways. Not only has the classic Air Jordan 1 High seen its fair share of releases but its Low and Mid counterparts have as well. Now, while Easter has long passed, an official look at a pastel covered Air Jordan 1 Low has popped up.

Fans of soft hues can rejoice with this low-top release of the Air Jordan 1. While the silhouette is found in its standard form featuring an all-leather upper and classic Air Jordan 1 sole unit, light shades of purple, pink and cream cover the shoe. For the branding, a light pink embroidered Jumpman pairs with an embroidered Wings logo in sail while the leather Swooshes carry a lavender color. Other purples and pinks adorn the upper and a darker blue outfits the lining. Sail accents land on the laces and midsole which features pink stitching and a purple outsole, completing this offering.

This pastel flavored Air Jordan 1 Low is expected to hit shelves in the coming months via Nike and select retailers in women’s sizing.

As rumors circulate regarding another Travis Scott collaboration, the Air Jordan 1 Low continues to emerge in notable colorways. The latest arrives with “Arctic Punch/Purple Pulse/White” tones, and layered swooshes.

“White” smooth leather sets the stage for rich pink overlays, which have appeared on other Jordans over the last year. Profile swooshes ostensibly take design cues from Easter-ready Nike Air Force 1 options of yesteryear as they present their “Pulse Purple” hue in layered fashion. Collar lining, contrast stitching and accompanying branding also indulges in the purple color. Underfoot, the sole unit rounds out the look with a “White” midsole/”Purple Pulse” outsole combination that would be a welcomed addition to the Nike Dunk lineup.

An official release date is unknown, but this low-top Jordan 1 is likely to launch on Nike.com ahead of April 4th (Easter). While you wait, enjoy images of the pair here below.
