The elevators do suck. Get a higher floor. You'll still have to wait, but it won't be full when it gets to you. Oh and find the pet elevator around the corner. It's bigger.

Great location! Right by everything I needed, the staff was very rude and unhelpful though. I had to act like a prude to get anything out of them. 24 hour exercise room is a plus though!

Be patient with the elevators. They are slow and there are only 2.
Stay on the 17, 18 or 19th floor for a Lake view.
Not a fan, the elevators are so slow. Wait 5m+ some times, and you can NOT take the stairs..
