Wood is soft so don't torque too much on the screws they will go through wood. It was used well and never moved or showed any weak points. I love the L shape to the set and the color of stain/wood is so pretty in my yard. Do wish the roofs were not a tarp because they need some extensive time in the sun before they even begin to fit the swingset. We live in the north and it will be July before we will be able to get the tarps in the sun. Assembly is super detailed and if you take your time we will have no issues with Assembly. We loved that it was broken into nice sections so a lot we could build in sections in the garage or house and place in the yard then just hook it all together. Shipping estimate was pretty accurate. Assembly time says 14 hours it took 2 of us about 10 hours. The directions could be a bit more thorough however i was able to figure it out. I would have given this 5 stars if one of the pieces of wood wasnt completely cracked and the sun shades went together correctly. We were able to get the broken piece back together with some wood glue and nails. And we managed to make the sun shade tops fit together but they do not look like pictured and do not fit together right. With all that said my kids love it so far, its got a little bit of everything for them. We filled the bottom square area with sand and theyve got a sandbox as well! Its rained and snowed on it in the week weve had it up and its held up well so far. Wouldve given this 5 stars had we not had the sunshade issues and the broken piece. Overall a great buy for the kids in my opinion. We received one incorrect box which contained the the slide, swings, etc. but sadly also contained the instructions. I called them on a Sunday and I had the correct box on Wednesday. Went online to download the instructions. I would not recommend. They were not as easy to follow as the original instructions but we were able to build the set completely on Sunday except for the accessories. Customer service was great! My grandbabies love it. The delivery company moved the skid up to our garage and was very professional. We spent 1 afternoon organizing the boards and moving them to where the playset was going to go. Then over 3 partial days, assembled the playset. It takes a while to assemble, but overall the instructions were quite good. I would recommend the instructions be clarified on a couple of the steps I was concerned about the reviews on other kits where the boards were thin and would easily split. Then after I found out that this kit was available and had good reviews, I decided to purchase it. The wood and hardware are of a good quality, I am especially impressed with the quality of the hardware. Unfortunately, we were short a few of the fasteners, so that was a little frustaing. Immediately we were impressed with the proven Little Tikes quality. The kids love to do relays with the monksey bars, shaky bridge and wall climber, and when they get tired they can lounge at on the built in picnic tables. Installation was streamlined. We hired a local handyman we know and it took him a good part of the day to finish building it.
