last straw. Our room was disgusting! Roaches on the floor! Shower had stains all over and was falling apart. Our tv never worked. The only thing good about this place is the pool. Now they allow kids to dump sand in it and allow locals to have daypasses. So, this is no longer the clean family resort it once was. Will spend $600/nt to stay elsewhere. Overpriced and dirty. showing its age. For the price, I would have expected a bit more in terms of the room. But what I am extremely disappointed in was the fact that my credit card was charged three times for a one night stay. Upon arriving I was immediately charged 75.00 at the front desk for incidentals. The following day when checking out I noticed my card was charged 642 and then another 645.00 was charged. I explained to the front desk receptionist. She explained in a few days it would be reconciled with my
bank. Well, five days in I’m still waiting for it to be reconciled. But I see they managed to charge my credit card 719.00 for my final bill. I just want my 642.00!’ Never again. Do not leave your credit card with these crooks. I have been on hold waiting to speak to an account services for 35 minutes. This is ridiculous. Not worth the hassle.
